CCMP provides their merchant customers the capacity to analyze all of their transactions and create reports based on their business needs. This online credit card processing portal also create notifications for all the real time transactions immediately after the transaction take place. The merchant service account holders can choose from a variety of report types. The merchants can also customize their reports according to their customized needs.
CCMP offers the following types of pre defined report templates for its merchant customers:
Transactional reports provide the most comprehensive information on transactions and are used to retrieve the details on any given transaction or group of transactions. Merchants can choose to either view or download transaction data according to a range of search filters that are selected in the Transaction Reports Search window.
Chargeback reports are used to retrieve the details of all chargebacks performed over a specific period of time. Chargeback reports are updated daily and provide merchants with the details regarding the chargeback data as it was received from the bank.
Items located in the statistics reports menu provide access to a series of tools that provide merchants with various cross sectional views of the transactions in the database, including summary by dates, summary by currency, general statistics and transaction distribution.
Risk reports are delivered to merchants through SafeCharge‚Äôs online, interactive risk management platform. Merchants receive real-time alerts on suspicious transactions which have been flagged for a manual review by the SafeCharge risk support team or by SafeCharge‚Äôs automatic fraud detection tools. In addition, the platform gives the merchant more time to authenticate the legitimacy of their suspicious transactions as well as initiate cancellations in cases of doubtful legitimacy, decreasing the number of chargebacks.
